Hematology

The Cancer Center at Kishwaukee Community Hospital also offers hematology (blood disorders) services. If you are affected by problems with your blood such as anemia, low platelet counts, and clotting disorders, The Cancer Center’s doctors, Dr. Memon and Dr. Siddiqui, can help you. If you have been diagnosed with anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukocytosis, leukopenia, or myelodysplastic syndrome, you can be treated by the center’s physicians. Treatments including IV antibiotic therapy, iron infusions, in addition to medications, are done here.

For more information about our hematology services, please call 815.748.2967.
